Bio

I received my PhD in psychobiology/neuroscience from Florida State University in 1980. Following two postdoctoral training experiences at Northwestern University (Fred Turek) and University of Texas Austin (Claude Desjardins), I joined the faculty in the Department of Psychology at Michigan State University. I am now Professor at MSU, and have directed the interdepartmental graduate program in Neuroscience since 1998.
