Bio

Neuroscientist interested in how experience shapes visual system development and function. I utilize a multidisciplinary approach with in vivo techniques to investigate specific roles of individual cells and circuits in visual perception and function. I have 10+ years of experience in the design, implementation and quantification of experimental paradigms to elucidate the function of vision.

Expertise includes: electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry, viral mediated gene transfer, rodent surgery, experimental design, statistical methods, Python and MATLAB for data analysis.
